We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; canceling later than that forfeits your deposit. Arriving more than 7 minutes late may result in a late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without calling ahead may be treated as a cancellation. Missing an appointment without notice forfeits your deposit and may result in a booking ban. These policies help us keep appointment times available for every client.
